The Ceremony

Join us for our wedding ceremony, where we’ll commit our love to each other, our family, and Madonna (let’s be honest).

The ceremony will start at 2:15, and it can take a bit of time to go through Security, as this is an active City Hall with tourists, other weddings, and…like…officials and stuff. We suggest planning a few extra minutes to go through metal detectors and find your way to the right floor. OH, and as it’s a government building, please leave your guns and knives at home (this isn’t Florida).
The Drinks

Join us in the Academy’s speakeasy for some small bites and cocktails. We’ll pop over and chill before dinner starts. There’s no set agenda here, so feel free to join and get to know the rest of the guests!

The Academy is a storefront along Market street, and if you’re not using a ride share service, street parking is found around in the neighborhoods adjacent (please don’t keep valuables in your car…just in case!). The main window of the establishment has a barber’s chair in it, and may have an active haircut going on - this is the right place!
The Dinner

We’ll start with a light food moment, and perhaps a glass of wine, so don’t fill up too much before hand - lots of food to come!

Parking is found in the neighborhoods around Octavia, so if you’re not using a ride share service, might be good to plan a bit of extra time. The meal will include a few courses, and of course CAKE.
Getting Around
As you can see, we’ll be on the move - to make things easier, we suggest using ride share (Lyft/Uber) to get from spot to spot. Let someone else handle the driving, and avoid worrying about parking!

The weekend after….
We love the Northern California coast, and the small communities that dot Highway 1 north of the city.
The weekend after our wedding, we’re planning on heading up north to the Timber Cove area, just north of the small town of Jenner, which is where the Russian River meets the Pacific Ocean. If your plans include spending a few days in California, and you find yourself interested in that area, we’d love to know.
We’re not planning anything specific, but we’ll have a spot for folks to hang out if they’re around, and we’d love to see you!
